Service Description

BOLD™ is a courage building curriculum for tweens and teens who want to take a deep dive into self discovery, shame resilience, vulnerability, courage, and personal leadership. BOLD™ is a courage building curriculum based on the research and books by Dr. Brené Brown designed to be facilitated by Certified Daring Way™ Facilitators. Loaded with fun experiential activities, BOLD™ will open the doors for meaningful conversations and learning to equip tweens/teens with confidence, courage, compassion, and connection to help them live their bravest life each and every day Who: Rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders When: July 23-26, 2019, 9am-12:30pm Where: Firethorne Country Club 1108 Firethorne Club Drive Marvin, NC 28173 Debb Corbett, MS, LPC, is a licensed therapist, leadership trainer, and former guidance counselor who holds the Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator credential and has been trained to facilitate the licensed curriculums based on Dr. Brené Brown’s research and NYT best selling books, Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead. Lori Fodness, assistant facilitator, is a seasoned AIG teacher with Union County Public Schools.
